First lap was good, rest I am blaming on painful SI joint and a little boy who appeared to suffer some kind of sleep regression and be starving for much of the early morning

Awesome view of Edinburgh from the end of the lane - Ted slept through it

Crossfit 4x10 40kg deadlifts - felt better with pelvis in right place. Run, jump squats and overhead 10kg press.
Ted has figured out that crying gets him hugs from Liz throughout the session so he had a good time
