compass loop generally pretty good apart from slow in the green
cut short route choice loop as thought i had to be back in time for control pick
really enjoyed control pick which i did a bit faster though got distracted by dog at the end. went especially well thou from 4-12 and 14-15.

Work conflict, bad traffic and a shut petrol station when the petrol light has been on for 20 mins plus 4 mins warm up are not good preparation for orienteering. Caught out by lots of route choices and felt rubbish.
