Braids - 20.40 - 2 mins faster than last year :) felt quite good for first 2/3 and was getting annoyed with the slow descending then totally ran out of energy. Felt ok at first after finishing but couple of hours later was exhausted - went to bed before 8!

First chariot outing for Ted - was worried his little noises meant he didn't like it but they were actually falling asleep grumbles so he had a good power nap and I enjoyed the sunshine and autumn leaves
