JEC spectator race - really fun and great course - I would have been 24th against a lot of girls I am almost twice as old as (feeling old)! Enjoyed it and felt good with my pelvis moved back in place but definitely cautious on the slippery bits

Another fun day in the sunshine at figgate Park
Ted did his first orienteering attempting the maze O
I was doing pretty well until the fact that 30 mins plus of running hard isn't something I am used and my brain had a total failure - navigated well to where I thought I was going but it would have helped to follow the red line and number order instead of going 7, 8, 6 - ended up beng the same distance in the maze but obviously wrong and then missed out the actual 9 and got a 6 min penalty :(
