This was an excellent session in many ways - beautiful morning, lovely to catch up with Tessa, felt easy and like I could have kept going for ages. In that stage of if I don't train I feel rubbish so this was a good start to the day:)

19.08, quite pleased with that considering when I got in on the Friday night and that Tom and I arrived with only just enough time for me to change into my trainers and him to sort out ipod before start

Day was amazing and good to get out in a bit of the light, lovely sunset as was running through Pentlands, from Bonaly and across to Dreghorn in the dark, then through the park, old Napier campus and back to the canal. Really needed it and felt much better after though still really tired and somewhat grumpy for the evening

From Lothian Road through the Links, Hospital and Blackford Hill, Hermitage, Braidburn Valley Park, Dreghorn, Bonaly, Colinton and along the WoL and down to work. Slow and steady, felt easy and that could happily keep going but no extra speed. Possibly due to lack of good food yesterday, and clearly nothing to do with the late night. With fairly light bag.

Quite tired, probably needed to eat more in the day but was stressing about seminar and therefore not hungry. Marc was pushing the pace so this was quite quick.

Lots of wandering about town in the sun:) followed by 7 hours on a train! Thank god for Christina being on the same one. Frustrating not to be able to do a long run but have been running everyday for a while so maybe a rest day not such a bad idea

Intervals, because I actually felt like it. Not sure why, maybe because the sun was shining:) 6x 4.5-5 mins with 1 min ish rest (inaccuracy due to not having watch and having to run back and forth with mobile as timer, route was quicker one way), fun!

Lovely gossipy run with Mark at 5.20 pace, felt super easy and could have run for much longer, now I just want to go to sleep!
Also met up with Hilary and learnt loads about the MdS, really useful and feel far more confident and excited now which is good:)
