sprint-o on the hill of tara. bit of fun to run about, not very hard, enjoyable though. im currently working on having somewhere to put my maps and reports since i have so much time now that my exams are over!!!!

decided to take a break from studying and go for a run. seemed fartlek would be a good idea so i went for it. maybe went for it too much, was por that I forgot my HR monitor today and i ended up trying to get as much climb as possible in the phoenix park, so basically up and down either side of the kyber. i was tired when i was on the way home then...

Ran with Niall McA in the park. nice run. there was a bike race on so we ran the loop it was doing backwards but there were no huge crashes like we had been hoping for. then as we left the park it threatened to rain so we opened the pace up and got in the door when bam! it pours rain. nice timing.

loop was along the bottom of the park and then up towards the papal cross and then through the forest beside the keiger and home
