Ran green as part of the slow return. Felt really great and again no pain. It was strange because I seemed to be able to run up hills. Nice area in the forest at the start, then a bit of open mountain to mix it up. Pretty much spiked everything (missed 4 very slightly from not seeing it)

FWTN 3 (or my first!) in Dean Village. Fun area and again I didnt get sore! Wasn't running massively fast but it was still nice to be doing some oing again
