Tuesday - 2 mi WU, 3x8' (2'), 2 mi CD
Wednesday - am gym, pm 90 mins steady (hills anyone?)
Thurs - rest, in Galway for the day
Friday - 60 min easy run to work again, down to Comer for the weekend
Saturday - 5x5' hill reps on a loop in comer demesne
Sunday - 100-110 mins long run. Unsure where this'll happen but I hope it's not the demesne.
