Checking out the time trial route. Horrendously muddy, some new fallen trees across the route, and the stream crossing had to move further up & got wider. No records this year.

UCD Sprint (well, UrbanO). Good course, good map, did it as intervals and enjoyed the whole run.

Easy kill-or-cure run up Athdown Brook to Seefingan & down over Seefin. Nice route. Ferocious wind on top & on the descent but well sheltered for the uphill. Felt much better afterwards.
