Bit of a trek out but a nicer path in the middle to break up the parts on streets.
Really nice trails though once I was there, so definitely worth it.
Bit longer than I'd intended but sure that's alright.

Weh, not a very successful run. Was heading out the way I went on Saturday morning but the roads are narrow with no footpaths and really busy at that time of day so it just wasn't safe. Was feeling sluggish and tired so just called it.

Climbing with L at Philly Rock Gym. Definitely better than Mile End.
