L3D 1 Middle
Really nice day and good orienteering. Said to James at the start that I was going for sub-30 but I don't think I could have done it. In general I was orienteering cleanly and efficiently and reading ahead well. My biggest mistake was on 5, I knew I was at the right hill and I stood on top of it assuming I'd see it. I couldn't see it though and spent 40 odd seconds looking for it. Some smaller things as well but I tried to be aware of potential mistakes and minimise them well.

2nd, knocked 3:40 off my time from last year too so happy.
I tend to start off too fast in these so I kept it held back a bit more at the start to see what would happen. Worked quite well I think and I felt like I had a lot more to give on the later climbs than I usually would
