Club (forest) sprint champs. Went well, was fun.

Shadowing 2 M14s in Tripphult. Some communication problems but mostly good. It was a good sort of map walk for me.

Didn't have to shadow anyone so I ran their long leg course. (4 legs in 5km i think). Had already planned everything so just ran it hard and tried to push myself more. Found that I can run faster but just make bigger mistakes. Not surprising.

Last leg at Jukola. Maps look really nice, it's apparently pretty tough going though.

Long night run for Jukola prep with Tisaren in Nyckelhult. They were not taking it easy. Struggled to keep up but mangaged it.

GPS died... Long distance club champs in Tripphult, but the course length was only 6 point something. Not a good race. I can run faster than I ever could before and when I'm orienteering well it goes really well, but I keep making pretty big mistakes. It's all mental. I going to try slowing my running down a bit and just trying to focus more on my orienteering.

Marsh intervals. Really tough, but fun as there was a lot of us. We did 4 sets of 3-2-1 with one minute rest.

3km time trial on the track. Previous time was 10:27. Possibly could have squeezed a couple of seconds more out of it.
