A 3k loop with varying terrain where we were showed how to run properly. We ran slowly the for first lap and stopping every so often while they explained what to do fpr each section, then we ran it again without stops and a bit faster.

10ish km night course with Jonte and Anton on a 20 year old tiomila relevant map out the ways a wee bit. There was a bit of extra felling and the veg was generally off, but twas good. North part was very Swedish, south part was really fast but not very technical. Felt bad at the start but improved and kept up.

Really cool orienteering hill intervals (X 10). Started out nice and sunny and then there was like a snow storm, which was cold and made seeing difficult.

We had a map and started at S1 and intervalled control 1, rest to S2, and so on. This meant it was a different hill each time, which I found a lot more enjoyable then up and down the same hill. Click the globe for a better idea of what I'm on about.
The orienteering part inevitably ended up being mostly following though.

Felt a bit sluggish in the legs, not entirely surprised though.
