Same pain in the foot as on Monday, it was ok whilst running yesterday but started to hurt towards the end. Iced and massaged and stretched it. Still bad today. It's not really painful to walk around but I cycled to the shop and back and it started hurting more... Rest ice rest ice rest ice... Tomorrow's long run sounds fun but I'd probably be stupid to do it : /

7.5 x 4min. Körde bara halv av sjunde eftersom jag kunde inte andas... Jag försökte att springa snabbare en jag orkade. Fotten var okej men den blev värre i slutet

Styrkegympa. Jag hade ganska dåligt ont i fotten efter jogget så körde inte "hopping"
