Skitour 3:00:00 [3]

Began a tour up the ridge behind Melchsee but it became too dangerous and we had to abandon. In the end we did a lap of the lake, got a hot chocolate and returned to the house, totalling about 3 hours...
Had a wobbly on the way back after my blood sugar dipped after the hot chocolate and needed a gel to steady up again! Hate when that happens!

Hill/TrailRun (LC1) 1:30:00 [4] 14.0 km (6:26 / km)
ahr:145 max:182

Ran with Abi. 10mins steady with 3 min push at end x 4 (3 mins v. easy inbetween)
The session would have been easy if it werent for every time we did the 3 minutes Abi pushed it to beyone tempo and I took up the challenge so it turned into all out sprints.
Not sure what to do about this training programme as every time I run in a group it goes out the window.
Train on my own for the LA and RA`s and throw caution to the wind on the group runs?
Or try to get the group to conform to my training programme?
DILEMMA!

Swim 1:00:00 [3]

City Hallenbad swim. Used the pull boy a lot to avoid using the strained muscle. Swimming feels good when I am left to my own devices and not under pressure to keep up with a faster group!
