A/W friday squash. First time playing. Great fun, and not to brag but...me and 2 other girls from work are now aiming for the women triples team for the Olympics. We're pretty much a shoe in. Triples squash is a thing, right?

Didnt get out at lunch so stopped after after work squash for a quick lap of mangamahoe. Stayed on the 4wd tracks for the first 4k, then hit the mtb single tracks. Perfect evening, damp overcast and on the verge of getting dark, so had the whole place to myself :)

Happy to sit back and let the boys do the work up front tonight. Which they did, although the took each other out almost as often as they tackled the opposition

Red Kiwis event on Scott's Ferry. Fast and furious. Lost a minute on each of two controls (7 and 9) which mean I was off the pace of speedy Bill.

middle distance north of the road. The ground is so much softer up there, making it tough work after 3 solid sessions in 2 days. Happy with the session though, beaut forest!
