Decided i felt better enough to try soccer. First 5 minutes weren't brilliant, but after that discovered I could still run, kick, sprint etc. So it was fine. Didn't end up on the ground hacking up my lungs at any point, so that was a bonus.
Felt better physically and mentally for getting out...and by the time i drove home at 9.30 i thought it was a reasonable temp to train in!
