Back into it after coming off the rails a bit last week.

Had to stay at the lab all day to supervise visitors, so couldn't sneak out for a run til 4.30. Which gave me 45mins before I was meant to meet C+R.

started through the botanics, then was overcome with something that might have been motivation - did my first hill sprint session in ages. A nice one too - just next to the amphitheatre. ~29s sprint, 40s recovery. Didn't do too many, due to time constraint (good excuse anyway)
