Run with Georgia from park island round puketitri and puketapu rds and back to park island. Pretty hot day.

warm up run from my house to park island then some stretching

stretching then jog / walk back home from park island

Just beginning intervals again. Pretty much the first time since i was in norway.
4 x 4minutes hard as i can.
2 min rest between each set. bit of a warm up jog before and after

went for a run from home to the napier hill and around there (getting lost a bit) then back home. it was a little bit longer than planned but nevermind

Circuit training at athletics.
warm up run.

13 x 3 40sec on 20sec off
going particularly well on the sit ups and hurdles.
arm exercises on the bar afterwards.
