South Deerfield and Whately with Gail on a nice afternoon. Upper 50s, a little breezy, mostly blue sky. Just fine. And certainly putting out enough effort to feel like I had a good workout.

First time in a while for tights and a jacket, upper 40s. Just a short outing, a little ways up along the river and back.

Leverett loop, counter-clockwise. Working pretty hard. Need to keep exercising if I'm going to keep chowing down.

Back is still bothering me. Nothing terrible, but not nothing. Not sure what I should try to do about it. Biking seems to bother it a little. Taking a very little bit of ibufrofen (200-mg) some days, some days nothing. Don't really want to take anything, but it does make it feel better. And sometimes sitting bothers it. Like right now....

Also need to wash my heart rate strap, getting some bogus readings recently.

With Gail, loop over the rail trail bridge and the Sunderland bridge. Nice ride. Breeze out of the south.
