River Road / Old Deerfield loop, getting my biking legs a little more (and my butt didn't hurt until the last 10 minutes, definitely an improvement).

Plus 7 and 20, a struggle.

Played golf at an amazing place late Sunday afternoon, maybe 15 miles nothwest of Pontiac, would have been fine O' terrain in its previous life. Wonderful topography.

Checking a few controls for the Trials middle day.

Then decided to check the rest of the M21 and F21 controls. Hustled some, either walking quickly or jogging some. Very enjoyable, and all controls were in the right place.

Plus 20 pushups right after dinner, demonstration event.

Note

I hate to toot my own horn but I must note that I had dinner with three very lovely ladies tonight. It's nice to be such a stud.

Plus 26 pushups and 7 pullups. Down at the HVO meet JJ and I figured that if I increased one pushup a day, and he 5 a month, I should catch up to him in late May. But I am pretty well cooked right now, so I think this particular ramp is due for a flat spot. Nevertheless, it feels better than then the 10 (and 1 pullup) I was struggling to do just recently. Whether it all does any good is another matter.
