9:35, 9:04. Started at 6.2 mph, upped it 0.1 every 3 minutes. Pulse 135 at the end.

Sure is nice having workouts last only 20 minutes or so. Doesn't take a lot of mental fortitude to get through them. And don't feel beat up afterwards.
