Flats south of town. Mid-40s, S 10-15. Into the wind the first half, then with it.

Ate lunch just before heading out, not sure that was a good idea. Also was dressed for 15 degrees cooler, sweating a lot. Or maybe it's something else. Was feeling very tired the first despite not working hard, pulse was high too, stayed high in relation to perceived effort the whole time. Maybe just more of the old age stuff.
