Indoor track with Phil, warm-up. Track suddenly changed from being all ours to lots of people, local college team arrived to practice (and, I assume, to see if they could pick up any tips from us).

Same as last week, 6x400 with 200 slow jog between, except I had my lighter shoes on and that was definitely noticeable. Plus working a little harder with company. Overall a little faster than planned, so any thoughts of doing more than 6 soon disappeared. Regardless, it was still better than last week.
