My old favorite on Greenfield ridge, the "13 hills" loop. Still some ice in places, but not so much that it makes much of a difference. And certainly not so much that it makes a valid excuse for a slow time. The legs were just feeling slow. On the other hand, another hour of training done. And a beautiful day, good company.
I'd signed up for the lottery for the Mt. Washington race, never done it, thought I might try, but the results came out today and I was not on the list. Not sure if I should be happy or sad....
