All I had time for. Hamstrings are still weak but getting a little stronger.

Legs felt ok after yesterday. I do remember holding back in the last half mile (gently down or flat), no point in doing any damage to hamstrings or whatever else in a foolish attempt to save 30 seconds.

Really hot for my morning walk. But I am building a good base for Estonia.
