Outside of right foot still sore -- landed on a rock badly in Ottawa 10 days ago, must have got it again at the Water Gap on Monday without realizing it (or maybe without remembering it), as it was really sore when I got home. But it seems to have calmed down a good bit after some moderately active therapy on the golf course. Still planning on running Nipmuck Marathon (trails) on Sunday.
