Kayak 1:54:00 [4] 20.0 km (5:42 / km)

Paddle from the club up to Herald Island wharf with Mark, Lou and Nathan. Main idea was to find some choppy water to paddle in for preparation for Coromandel Classic. A bit on the way up, but when tide turned wind dropped and was flat all the way back.
Felt pretty strong but couldn't take a lead on the way back, wash rode on the side of Nathan and Mark from the marina.

Run with Wiremu's group down Chateau Mosquito to Long Ridge Road, out to Cutty Grass and back down Anawhata road.
Stretched out a bit heading up to Cutty Grass, ran back to find back marker who had taken a short cut. Ended up getting left behind, stretched out a little on Anawhata road to try to catch gang - overall felt OK.

1 kilometer reps with Ian at the club.
Did 8 and then spent some time with Sonja practicing wash-riding.
Felt better paddling into tide than with tide, but continually dropped from bunch of Simon, Ian, Jeremy (those 3 had bungies) and Mark.
Paddled most of them with Nathan and Hannah.

Cruised along, didn't push, no issues.

Kayak from the club around Greenhithe bridge and back - approximately two hours. Windy and choppy with outgoing tide. Battled back slowly but felt reasonably strong.

run around the block after spin class.
No one put in much effort so just cruised along for the chat

Went to run clockwise around the block, got to Orakei basin and decided to extend, so ran across causeway and over Mt Hobson. Very relaxed though legs starting to tire by the time I got home.

Ride from Rob and Mandy's at Okareka, via Blue Lake with Sonja Rob and Mandy. Mostly forest roads and then the Chinese Food trails as was pretty wet.
