Went to school today, not quite sure why because I felt awful.
My knee is still sore and I couldnt even attempt running today.

Off school today with a sore throat and headache, again.
Im finding it easier to walk today too which is good but the pain is still there.

I jogged the whole thing and also didnt really notice my knee was that bad, until the end. No mistakes but I was going very slow.

OUCH. Outside of my right knee is SO sore. Its so difficult to walk, especially up the stairs.

So neither Cliona or I were there yesterday for the middle distance so it was just today that counted.
So went off not even looking at my map and immediately got confused. Especially the thick fence mapped. Lost three/four minutes to the first. Very annoyed. Two was fine but back onto the dunes at 3 got me confused once again. I couldnt relocate and stood around trying to figure the map out. Eventually, I found where I was, and the control. Lost another three minutes there.
Numbers 4 and 5 werent very good either. I was very slow and incompetant on the map. For the rest of the course I was slow and didnt navigate to the best of my ability.
I won the course (1st of 18 doing course 7) by 9 minutes, but that doesnt mean much when Im not happy with my run or naviagting.
