Cycling (Thursday Nite Ride) 2:00:00 [4]

Cut a little short without doing Raten Pass but pushed the climbs I did do HARD, plus sprinted to keep up with the pack coming back.

Core (ATW) 23:00 [3]

It's hard but I like it! Feel sore in various different places the next day.

Running 30:00 [2]
slept:6.0 (sick)

Didn't feel good this morning (stomach was a little "unhappy" for some reason), so instead of running at the track I did an easy run from home. Felt ok while running, but stomach hurt again afterward while at work. Must be allergic to work ;-)

Cycling intervals (Tabata) 30:00 [4]

Tabata was hard - I definitely see how it can be beneficial, but have some challenges doing it while biking outdoors - Need to find a better (flat) route, and a better timer. Heartbreak Hill is SHORT! Time was 3:18. Went out a little too hard, so hopefully can beat that.

Yoga 25:00 [1]

Did yoga one day earlier than scheduled since was so tight from the weekend of biking... Felt great. Did some push-ups and crunches first too.

Cycling 7:00:00 [3] 111.0 km (3:47 / km) +2800m 3:22 / km

Susten Pass and Grosse Scheidegg... Took it easy on Susten to ride with Laurie. On G.S. was able to push it harder to try to keep up with Stu and keep Jeff in sight...and it felt great!
