had thought i had a decent run but looking back on it I just made too many mistakes.....
3 - lost 45 secs, was slightly too right and then came onto it
4 - hesitant on an easy control for some reason? lost 30 secs
5 - lost 60-90 secs coming out of 4 getting stuck at the bottom of a high embankment
9 - lost 1 min, too hesitant coming into control
10 - spiked but slow
13 - lost 1 min, hesitant, couldnt make out the veg on the map and the veg on the ground....
14 - hesitant, lost 20-30 secs
15 - didnt navigate properly coming out of 14, didnt know which tra ck i was on...lost 1 min
16 - came out of 15 wrong way, hadnt planned ahead, hesitant in open, couldnt see wall to guide me in....lost 2 min
18 - lost 90secs on poor route choice and getting stuck in green
not good enough today.need to improve....

Long - Splits

rugby match v clongowes. only got on for second half. we lost 10-8 but we missed 2 kicks in last 5 mins, 1 hitting the crossbar!

night o in saggart. race went ok, losing time in the circle on 4,5 and 7. lost 3mins on terrible routechoice to 15...apart from that went well enough

didnt get up to clonliffe tonight so did a similiar run to what we would have done.....went by griffith ave, glasnevin cemetery, by the canal, fairview,whitehall and home
