Bit of a poor map that was nearly as old as me. Probably not the best place to introduce novices to orienteering. Still it was a challenge to read the map of 30 years old. Got there in the end.

I was kinda forced to go out on the "control picking" exercise since i am the clubs only elite..... Didn't really put the effort in and cut out a few controls i had already done.Took myself to the bakery afterwards.
