Orienteering 1:20:38 [3]

BC Champs! Long distance at Camp Thunderbird. I did up to #7 then unsuccessfully bailed to a trail and ended up backtracking quite a bit. Lovely sections of forest and a challenging course!

Orienteering 15:00 [3]

Couple of short control picking loops in Memorial Park. In the interests of time and laziness, plus lack of headlamp, I just did the control picking for the 2 loops and left off running across the park. Good exercise to remind myself how to run, read a map, look ahead, plan exit, etc... Hopefully will be able to put together something resembling a race this weekend!

Trail run in Whistler along Trash to the train wreck. Carried on along the trail to the train track before I turned around and came back. Nice trails, and cool to see the train. Mostly would be fine for biking too, just a couple of crazy sections!

Also about time I officially announce that Pascal and I expecting baby boy Schoenhardt in February! Just in time for Sprint Camp, all being well.
