From Hyannis up BP to Bridal and back down to the top of Fisherman's. Did 4 x hill reps, then back along to Hyannis for cool down.

Hilltervals! Picked a random spot on the hill from Hyannis down to Fisherman's for my Interval. Idea is that it's a big hill, so I plan to start short and will be able to add more distance, you know, as I do these more often... We'll see!
Started at the nanny stump. First part was fine, but the last push up to the sign (my end point) is the steepest part, and I felt like my legs were just refusing to turn over.
