Early morning Inter River cruise. Calves actually felt great from the get go (whaaat?!) something is tight around the right quad/knee, which was definitely getting uncomfortable for the last couple of hundred metres.

Usual gym and stretch routine.

New insoles mean I can actually do 1 leg squats without falling over!!!!!!

From work along the Spirit Trail around the Quay area, up the stairs between Esplanade and 1st 5 times, with a few strides here and there. Tight calves to start that loosened up after the stairs, but no pain! Trying to keep things slow and steady so this can continue!

My loop by MEC, up the trail to Keith Rd, then back down the trail on the east side of the river. Felt a little tight to start, but pretty good by the end. Still takes 5-10 minutes to get used to those rock-insoles...

XC skiing 1:31:00 [3] 12.0 km (7:35 / km)

At Sun Peaks with Kate. Took the chairlift up and skied net-downhill, although there was also plenty of uphill to kick my ass. After DH yesterday it took a while to get used to the XC skies again, but it was all working pretty well by the end.
