Note

Well, went out to "jungle training" out at Belmont bush with Tessa, was going to dothe practice rogaine or the o course, but I was pretty hung over from 21st.
And crazy windy, like it was nuts. When I saw a little kid get blown backward and do a rolleypoley with a gust I went,'nah, fuck it'.

So I did my essay on laptop instead as waited for tessa.

Actually, this is a lie. I spent all day digging friken hard clay for an employer.Full days work, 8-5. digging all day and wheelbarrowing.

massive gym session basically.
So i think it is fair to put down an hour of exercise is fair enough.

Also cut off the side of my big toe by accident.

Riding to and from work. In a crazy head wind on the way home.

Quite intense game today. Enjoyable with the geology team. Really love the team and the game, look foward to it every week.

NTS: knee, watch it. buckling a little. MAy be best to start strapping before intense activity games, squash etc.

Running in the sanctuary. Had my trapping lines right at the end so ran down there, checked the traps, then ran the long way back to the gate up and through the bush. Some decent hill climbs there too.

Got to admit, around 15mins of stops in there. Not tired, just beautiful listening to the saddlebacks, extinct from non protected bush. Plus tomtits, robins,kaka. Yeah, my weekly detox to city life.
