Really interesting map and course. Managed to twist my ankle while descending the steps to punch #3, but given that I was already running slowly due to my knee and calf, it made no difference.

Plenty of walking later in the course to stop things from hurting too much.

Left calf got very tight towards the end, and then stiffened up a lot between the two rounds.
