ABC's with 3 x 40m build up sprints (went well)
5x5 sets of 1 sec / 2 sec count with focus on concentric phase:
Dead lifts
Step ups with side to side action
Kettle bell squats to thrusts
KB swings
Push ups
RTRX pistol squats
Chest press
Schlepping boxes / crates out the basement and up the stairs. Finishing it out and creating a music studio and work shop area. Too tired after that for anything else.
