For all the trackies out there. Fantastic effort by Mo Farah to secure the 5000 and 10000m double at the Worlds. Peerless effort in the final sprint. One of the all time greats! (Can I possibly enthuse more?)

Gusty winds
Catching up on musical repertoire (experimenting with a synth) and World Athletics Champs results
Discovered an evocative Battlefiled Band song (The Last Trip Home) with medley reel (the Luckenbooth), transcribed it and laid it down with a half decent bagpipe emulation complete with drones.
