Before and after run.

85% g and 75% effort for 5 km.

And to the MN State Fair; so BTDT! Hot out, plenty of walking and standing. Livestock, birthing center and DNR displays were best picks for me. Dietary deviation unfortunately was a requisite.

Gooseberry Falls loop to Fifth falls and down to lower falls loop, then Split Rock lighthouse, Lake Superior and Two Harbors. Big day touristing!

W2D3 rehab 3 mins w/u 3x1 min between and 4 min w/d. Hot!

Jogging (Xc trail) 20:00 [2] 3.75 km (5:20 / km) +40m 5:04 / km

4x5min in the woods; heat index 105F so took it easy. Even so drenched at end.

Going to be a hot one. Fur coated critters inside today.

Heat index in heat stroke/ suicidal belt for today. Knees feeling a bit grumpy from heat and humidity, so bailed on planned bike ride- brisk walk outside; quite sweaty. At least some attempt at g and C6H12O6 management, so better than nothing.

Toe and foot exes plus foot and quad stretches. Followed up with 10/10/10 icing, US and massage.
