big old run this afternoon, nice conditions for it. up the green route, round pupuke, milford, beach then round the rocks all the way down to devo waterfront, up and around mt vic to finish, and push it out to 2 hours. Felt pretty good, and got into a good rythm after 30 mins. Really enjoyed all the coastal stuff and rock hopping. Quality run!

carrington sprint race. Haven't fully got over my cold yet, so was a bit slow and out of breath, especially on the second half of the course, I was super slow. Made a mistake on 10, losing 20 secs, then had two bad/ silly route choices on 13 and 21, which lost me about 20 sec each, so an easy min of mistakes. Course was alright, nothing to technical though. Ended up 4th , 2.32 behind winner. Can definately see how I could make 2 mins of that back without a cold, and my mistakes

morning ride on the xc bike. just out to hauraki corner, round the green route, down to taka beach, along the coastal roads to north head, 3 x that, then 2 x mt vic, and back home. tracks were riding quite well, and it was a pretty quality little ride. Felt a little slow/ down on power on the flats though

nice chilly evening run, rocked the prolyprop and beanie combo and was still a little cold, nose was constanly running, but it was to numb for be to even notice it haha. was quite a good run though felt pretty good, still light enough at 6.15 as well, so that was a bonus
