Very unenthusiastic after breakfast so it's a good thing I have the commitment gene in spades. Very warm so was going to take it easy.

Nothing like a reasonable time to spur you on. Surprisingly good time especially considering the conditions. Maybe it was the not-so-secret country training last week. Certainly didn't show at Street Series though last Wednesday.

Looking after me day - part giving feet a rest from high impact and part heat and part mental approach as quite probably it would have been "junk" minutes.

Slightly abridged session - meeting at 11 with caterers. Not much discomfort having a week off it seems.

Class focus on core, inner thigh and shoulders. Hence cardio was really just a flush.

Big day beforehand with solid gym session and lots of walking and lifting (moving contents of study into living room to sort and dump) - lots of trips from one side of the house to the other. So wasn't expecting much go in the legs - I wasn't disappointed. Very pleased to see that there was a viable route to give quite some contouring options. Really liked the lakefront track.
Ended up with 22 points but super early and I dashed for a last minute 1 pointer and got it - unlike some other weeks.

I am so swim unfit - need to start practicing. This wasn't helped in that i was wearing sunnies and had to keep head safely above water. Some attention to detail needed.
