I did the 180 test on the maffetone program to see how I have improved over the mast two months or so. I have improved greatly since then, by more than a minute on the first mile, and by two and half in the fourth mile. I am very pleased with my progress.

Went on a hike with my family, I decided to run up the fairly steep trail to the top of Sacajawea Peak. I had a great time and ran well. it was a bit cold though.

orienteering (Bohart Ranch) 45:00 [3]

I ran on one of the three maps in the area. It wasn't bad, but had great potential as a ski O area. I was excited to get out and orienteer before the Water Gap Meet. This area will definitely be an asset for training.
