Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

Legs were really not happy during this session. Neither was the rest of me now that I look back.

Soccer 45:00 [3]

Probably the last game of the season for me as I am out of town next week.

A close close game that could have gone either way. In the end, they made a mistake that we took advantage of for the 1-0 win.

Trekking 5:30:00 [3]

Orienteering course setting with Clark. He asked me if I was ready to run... I looked at him funny, which he took as "I'm too tired from yesterday." He understood when we got to the park and saw the 18" of melting snow.

We ran maybe 2-3 miles. A lot of trekking, and vetting... You know it is a good control when you attack it from 4 different locations to verify it is in the correct location.

Overall, Lake Maria is a bit wet.... trails were mush, or puddles. They will be clear in two weeks though. The south side of some hills was clear and manageable. Only a few south facing slopes were problematic where they got steep = slip and slide. North facing slopes and shaded marshes had some deep stuff still. 18" postholing.

Good day in the sun and warm temps.
