circuit training. Real intense to just jump in to a 60 minute circuit training session... This kicked my butt. warm up, circuit session with 30s at each of 7 stations, run a lap in between each station. Stations were box steps, pushups, jump rope, barbell overhead press, goofy thing I can't describe, tricep dips, and kettle bells. Then we joined in the middle for awkward shaped weight exercises for 5 minutes, then 30s circuit, awkward weights, 20s circuit, Planks, planks planks planks, sit ups forever, and goofy stretches. Not too hard to see why the Irish aren't dominant at the olympics with all the goofy drills, but I was still tanked at the end of this.
