Social ride to Cow Bella with Biz, Mo, and Tom. Too much Gelato, but it was hard to resist the first time there. Favorite flavors are the pineapple-basil, sweetcorn, sea-salt and caramel, and goat cheese-fig.

Fun ride at lunch. Just went to Hyland and rode the trails. Tried to get off trail .... sneaky sneaky, but it didn't work... Rode a bit of the ridge trail behind the ski jump.

Cycling 1:25:00 [3] 11.0 mi (7.8 mph)
shoes: Cannondale RZ120 Sidi Dragon

First time on the Cannondale with the old KHS parts. Ride went well. no mechanical issues on the bike. A great bike for me to thrash around and improve the single track skills without banging up the AR bike.

Went down to Murphy with both neighbors. Both of their first time on these trails. My first time since before the Loppet shoulder injury. I am not a fan of the little bumps they put on the beginner trail. What is the point? The first few are fun, the last 40 aren't. The back trail was open. Only my 2nd time on that loop. Great flow to it. Mo stated it was her favorite part of the park. I can understand that.
