ROGAINE Training with Dre.

Andrei can't let go of his orienteering instincts. He says he wants to go for a long run, then short cuts every corner he can. :-)

Good run through familiar parks. I didn't stop the watch for lights or drinks. Andrei's pace will be a little quicker.

Tom came over to look at my sweet new bike bits. Then we went for a run.

Post run and shower, I took it upon myself to drain my knee. I bought a syringe at Walgreens. Two alcohol wipes later, I have a needle in my knee and pulled out 6+ CC of fluid. I think I prefer the $0.35 solution over what I am anticipating to be a $200 Dr. fee.
