Seagate 5K. They needed a few more folks to participate to kick them over 100, which triggered a larger charitable donation by the company. I walked and talked and enjoyed the sunny afternoon. Slowest race ever... well, maybe parts of RTNX were slower....

Alternate OTNT tonight since I bailed on my MTKA lollipop. Out with Jesse S., Tom, Crusher and Biz. I was pretty tentative at first, and never did any big accelerations. I could feel my calf during some of the climbs, so I stayed cautious. I think the exercise was good for it though. Stiffened up post ride pretty quick. Baby steps.
