Forgot my Garmin at home, so no download. Will update later. Had to motor on this one as I had 55 minutes until a conference call. Didn't quite "motor", but had enough time to shower before the call.

Legs were a little sore from Sunday.

15 mile run with Clark. We ran miles 2 - 17 of the Twin Cities Marathon. Probably the easiest miles on the route. Felt much better throughout the run. I think the spin on Saturday helped a lot as well as a little man spa pedicure that I had on Friday that made a huge improvement for my feet.
