Great OTNT set by ToddP. Standing Cedars Park, a great mix of subtle rollers and big hills/re-entrants. I did OK the first loop, when I was off, I felt off, when I was on, I felt on. The 2nd loop was a mess. I felt on, but could not find #9. Looked with crusher for a long time. When we abandoned, it had been 55 minutes since we left #8. #10 was easy breezy after we decided on a high or low route. #11 gave us fits, I think we stopped short, a little too far west. I will plot on quickroute to get the true story....

Running with Interkosmos. Was contemplating a trainer ride when IC posted on OTNT. First road run in a long long long time. Lungs felt great, heart felt great, legs felt like lead. We took it pretty easy. IC had a spell where he felt dizzy, so he didn't pummel me into the ground. His HR averaged about 20 beats below mine. Not sure what is up with the 238 HR. Must have been the exposure to all the ladies out jogging.
Last CSC game until the fall. We were playing for best dressed, 2nd loser.... and achieved 3rd. Once again, I feel we were the better team, we just couldn't finish. I think I got 2 of 6 shots on goal. One a header and one a left footer from distance. It seems like this is the week to pack up the winter sports gear. XC skiing and soccer...

Easy ski out to Listening Point. The gang headed down to Burntside lake and skied the snow machine tracks to Sigurd Olson's cabin. A brief hangout, then a return ski. Weather was incredible.
